Q: When is Check-in?
A: 3:00pm

Q: When is Check-out?
A: 12 noon. Please note that if there is no one checking in or out on your respective dates, we would be willing to accomodate your flight schedule.

Q: How close is the villa to the beach?
A: The beach is approximately three hundred yards away, which is a five minute walk or a two minute golf cart ride.

Q: How many golf carts are supplied with the villa?
A: Two golf carts are complimentary with each villa rental. One is a four seater and the second one is a six seater. Please note that there is also a complimentary shuttle available as needed.

Q: Is there internet access?
A: Yes, there is high speed wireless internet throughout the house.

Q: How are meals selected/determined?
A: We do have a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu with daily specials. Please note there is a gourmet chef on staff to handle any special requests and/or allergies or dietary restrictions.

Q: Are there any activities available for children?
A: Absolutely. There is a complimentary Kids Club which is open daily from 10am-4pm. The childcare providers are certified to work with children, certified in CPR and trained swimmers. Some activities at the kids club include games, sports, face-painting, trips to the beach to build sand castles, etc.

Q: Are there any restaurants on property?
A: Yes, there are two located in the Great House & the Beach Restaurant located on the beach.

Q: Is there a dress code?
A: Collared shirts are required in the great house and denim is not allowed in the Great House.

Q: What is the Tryall Membership Fee?
A:The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days. As a member, Guests may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of golf, food and beverage, and spa services. Some complimentary amenities include the beach, water sports, tennis, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party and various special events. Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally upon arrival at the Club when you register. Credit cards are accepted. A temporary membership card grants you access to all Club facilities.
